Heidi Montag Makes Light of Plastic Surgery

After enduring 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, reality star Heidi Montag is spoofing herself in the latest Funny Or Die video, directed by none other than Ron Howard. "If you're a reality TV star, chances are you'll one day have plastic surgery," Montag says in a serious tone. "It's also a for sure thing that you'll have to pay for that surgery with credit cards because you've spent all of your 'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here' money on expensive purses, small dogs and healing bracelets for your husband," she says as her husband Spencer Pratt is displayed with healing bracelets on his wrists.
